I have not been able to figure it out as well, maybe it's not intended as a master meter since this controller has individual meters per channel. Can anyone please let us know?

Pioneer DDJ-SX Master volume not lighting up
I own the Pioneer ddj-sx Controller , and I am having some issues , does not seem that their is anyone that has any knowledge on this controller , and nobody has any training .
First off my Channel faders are all the way up like their supposed to be . So when I turn up the master volume to like 1 my powered speakers are like 10 tens louder then they are supposed be . Also the Master volume LED is not lighting up . Now if I put the Master volume at 3 o'clock I will start see the Master Volume LED Light up . My question is this a Hardware issue , or is this a firmware issue . Hope to hear from you soon on getting this resolved

You can only see the master level meter lighting up when you have the master at 50 %
