[CLOSED] No sound out of my DDJ-SX

Just received my DDJ-sx yesterday. Installed everything step by step as the manual said to.  But when I plug it into my laptop I get no sound output. I have a RCA cable inserted in the Master Out 2 connected to my power speaker but still no sound. I just want to know if I missed a step somehow or if it's defective because everything else seems to be working fine, I just can't hear anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

My laptop:

Sony Vaio  Intel core i5 2.30 Ghz 4.00 GB Windows 7 64-bit

Well. I have a problem with my headphones out. I already did everything that can be done. Firmware, driver, software, cue buttons, headphones and cue mixing knobs checked, and none of the headphones sound. Seems like a LOT of DDJ SX units came out faulty!!! That's what i've seen reading the topics around here. Did you already fix your issue???

@Leonardo > Please don't cross-post; you've already mentioned your issue in another thread and it is unrelated to the issue presented by the original poster.

No. I didn't solve the problem. The unit is with pioneer assistance and they tell me that probably will give me a new one. As i said, looks like pioneer is getting more issues than they expected with the hardware of units. As i didn't receive a new one or get my unit fully functional, the problem isn solved yet. Still waiting.
