[SOLVED] Questions about the ddj-wego

I am looking into buying a ddj-wego.  I have some questions that I need answers to.  If you have answers please share them.

Questions:

  1. It is virtual dj still included in the purchase?  If not, can I use it in virtual dj home edition?
  2. Do I need external speakers? If I dont have external speakers, will the sound come out of the computer speakers?
  3. Does it have a waranty? What does the waranty cover?
  4. Can I use iTunes with it?

I have more questions, but I cannot think of them now.  If I remember them I will post them in a comment.

  1. wego come withe LE version, not sure if you can use it with home edition

  2. in order to use computer speakers, you must have the PRO edition. it only cost $49 to upgrade from LE to PRO

1) The DDJ WeGo comes with Virtual DJ LE which is a stripped down version of Virtual DJ Pro. It will not work with VDJ Home.

2) You'll probably need external speakers at some stage anyway (even external computer speakers) for playback. If you want to playback through your computers internal speakers then you'll need to upgrade to Virtual DJ Pro.

3) There is a one year hardware warranty on all Pioneer equipment which is valid in the region of purchase only.

4) Not sure what you are trying to do with iTunes... Can you elaborate?
