[OPEN] DDJ-SX Knobs deregulated
Hello,
My DDJ-SX began to present a problem that is leaving me confused, of a sudden the knobs of the deck FILTER 2, and controls ects is deregulated, the FILTER to stay in the middle (zero position) is active in LPF approximately half way position, and effects knobs are always being higher than the displayed value, if put in position 12H clock in serato brand as if it were placed in position 13H clock, my doubt exists adjustment for these knobs? what should I do to fix this problem?

I've not heard of that happening before. Are you able to recalibrate them by going all the way to the minimum / maximum?

I've tried that, she goes to the maximum and the minimum, the more central position (neutral in 12 clock), he Sempra mark as if the filter was 10 clock, I think it is defective even in SX, and worse, they informed me that Pioneer DJ has no repair service in Brazil is that true? I have the same problem also since 2014. For me it's the the two (channel 1 and 2) filters who are damage. Zero for left is on 2 o'clock and right on 11 o'clock. Could you please advice me?

@RASOANAIVO friend and unfortunately defect in the potentiometers, the solution is to replace, look at this pioneer has potentiometer for sale, or try on ebay

I have the same problem on channel 4, and I'm also in Brazil. Did you find a solution to this?

I have the same problem on channel 2. Filter at 12h (now) = filter at 13h (normally)
