DDJ SR as an Asio soundcard in Ableton Live 9 x64

Hi !

I have a problem with my DDJ-SR. I just want to use it as a soundcard in Ableton Live, but it not appears in the Ableton Asio soundcard list. I can just select it in the MME/DX list.

It works perfect in Traktor Pro 2.6.8, where i found Pioneer DDJ-SR Asio in the soundcard list.

I'm on Windows 8.1 x64, Ableton Live 9.1.1 x64

Anyone know what happens ?

Thanks !

Probably because Ableton Live is running in 64bits and the audio drivers are currently only 32bit. If you want to run the drivers in ASIO, you'll need to download the 32bit version of Live from Ableton's website.

Hey I have the same issue, though it does seem to be working through ASIO4ALL in Windows 10. It would be nice to know why Ableton is not seeing the DDJ-SR as an ASIO device, however.

Dell Venue Pro 7140 with Windows 10.

@Bahador > That's because you can't share the audio hardware / drivers across multiple applications.
