DDJ WEGO + Traktor

I've gotten a DDJ WeGO a couple of months ago, and so far it's been great. I also have gotten traktor pro 2, and at random intervals the wego doesn't control the interface of the traktor anymore, but i can control it with my mouse. How would i fix this? And, i may be getting a traktor kontrol z1 and i was wondering if i can connect it to my wego (if i have any crazy ideas in the future). It will be great to hear a response! Thanks
