[CLOSED] DDJ-SX: Unknown Device Win7 System

Hi guys, I need Help,

Well my controller DDJ-SX is not connecting with my laptop, there is command "Unknown Device", all that's happen after re-install system.I was trying to do all settings on sound card like ye recommend in other posts but it is still not working! I also tryed connect controller to macbook pro but even apple is not recognising device.

I did controller reset, and nothing happend. when I turned it on on channel 2 FX 2 button is flashing twice and it stoped, that did not happen before!

I just want to find out what I can do with it?

Please HELPPPP!!!

Have you updated the firmware on the controller?

I can't connect controller to laptop, I mean laptop is not finding device so i can update firmware

Make sure the power connected well and try another USB cable and port and please report back.

Hi, I'll try like U said, new usb cable , diferent port and no connection still. all the time i have on scren allert saing that : "USB devine not recognize. one device connected to this computer have failure, and windows can't recognize that problem"

also there is no sound in speakers when I connecting plug and play device like it was before.

any ideas what's might happend??
