[CLOSED] DDJ-SR Crossfader stuck in reverse.

I'm using a DDJ-SR controller with Serato DJ. It's worked fine until the other day when I turned it on and the crossfader reverse light was on and does not go off when I switch reverse off. The crossfader stays in reverse.  I've tried on two different computers with the same result. It's not a software issue because it happens when I turn the controller on even if no software is installed or running. Needless to say this is very frustrating. Anyone have this problem or a solution?  Thank you.
