DDJ-SX Slip mode, deck 3 lights and platter LEDs

I'm having several issues with the controller since I received it three days ago. The slip mode button on each deck will not light up or engage that function. It also appears that deck three's volume lights are not functioning as they do not light up at all. The cue button is also blinking when I load a track to it. Finally there is an issue with the platter's LEDs. They light up properly when I turn the unit on but when I load a track to either deck and press play the lights will not appear to rotate. I'm running windows 8.1 with an intel i7 and 12 gigs of ram. I have all the latest software, firmware and drivers. Any help would be appreciated as I just received this and am very eager to use it. Not to mention this is the first piece of gear I've purchased from Pioneer. Thank you in advance
