Sound Color FX - DDJ-SZ

I look really stupid but I can't find how to get the sound color fx work :(

hello

I have had my ddj sz for about a month. saturday when i turned it on i noticed the color effects were working like normal. as soon as i tap which sound i want it turns on. instead of choosing the sound it turning the color control. Its happening on all channels. how do i fix this????

Did you perhaps not have the knob at 12 o'clock? Try resetting the knobs to the top position, then power-cycle your SZ.
