@bob > Can you please post screen shots of your audio configuration for both Traktor and the Pioneer ASIO driver configuration tool?
I have been having this problem for about a month and havent been able to find anything helpful on how to fix it online. I have been using traktor pro 2 and DDJ ergo limited edition. Everything works except there is little to no sound coming out. I have everything up to date and have gone through the entire FAQ and its still does not work. Everything is mapped and controller works fine with traktor just no sound coming out. Any ideas would be fantastic thanks.
Using Windows 7 by the way.
I had to repost because someone posted an answer to my question that was not the answer and it closed the thread.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but here are some picks.
One more please - the Output Routing tab from the Traktor settings.
got it
You get no audio in the headphones when the headphone-cue is illuminated within Traktor?

Sorry went away for the weekend. The only time I get anything it when I put all the volume knobs to max and I can just barley hear something that resembles what should be playing.
@bob > I'm not convinced that it's a problem with the unit -- can you download a copy of Serato DJ Into and test the hardware to see if it works with that?
Well I really hope it isn't the unit. I know its not my headphones cause I tried a few different pair with the same result. I try and get it working with Serato.
Same results. :(
Before I send you to service, I'm going to see if the engineers can suggest anything.
One last question; are you able to test it with another computer to rule out the audio drivers?
I did try on a mac also but its was a while ago. I'll try it again with Serato.
Just tried it on a Mac same results.
Thanks -- I'll wait to see what the engineers have to say.
Given the information you have provided, the engineers also feel that your ERGO may have a hardware issue, please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to have it serviced.
