Hi jog wheels go dark on cue on all 4 decks and also when I stop the playing track, and also I see blinking sometimes why is this happening? Thanks..

Engineers were able to replicate this issue and are investigating the cause. It doesn't look like you have a faulty unit; I'll update this thread when I have more information.
