[CLOSED] DDJ SZ Mic 1, Mic 2 and Gain 1 knobs are loose and don't rotate true...

I have recently purchased the SZ and discovered the Mic 1, Mic 2 and Gain 1 knobs or very loose. Especially with turn the knobs clockwise/counter-clockwise, they don't rotation true. Which leads me to believe during the manufacturing process something caused the stems/pods to get bent.

Yesterday I went to the store where I purchased the unit and had the sales person open 3 other units to see if this was a defective unit or? After opening all of the factory sealed box, we discovered that all of the SZ units had this same issue with Mic and Gain 1 knobs.

I'm wondering if any one else has this issue and have you done anything about it with Pioneer Customer Service. What were you told?

I'm looking to provide this information because it seems these controller manufactures are just producing junk to generate money.
