Not sure, I'm going to ask the engineers about that blinking LED.
Basically I've been using this new controller for approximately a month - everything was fine - traktor mappings worked, and all it's functionalities were okay.
All of a sudden recently, I switched on my Controller and after all the function and button LEDs blink as usual (startup routine of the controller) - the Loop Out Button on the Left Side (Deck C and a) Blinks Red and does not stop until I am forced to power off the controller - then again when I switch it back on the same thing occurs.
I would greatly appreciate immediate help as I really need to fix this fast,
Thanks and regards.

Any updates to this?
Sorry, I've been busy with the changes to the site... but I do need some input...
When Loop-Out LED is flashing, USB communication error occurs. (USB microprocessor does not properly work.) First of all, please check if ERGO is correctly recognized when ERGO is connected to a computer.
For Windows
Please check the Pioneer version display utility from All the program -> Pioneer.
→ If ERGO is recognized, the version is shown.
For Mac
Select "About this Mac", then "System report". In the USB tab:
→If ERGO is recognized, the version is shown.
Please tell me if the version number is shown, if so, what is it?
Hello I have the Same Problem.
I Checked and it Showed 1.41
@Simon > Have you tried connecting it to another computer?
Hello I did but it remains the Same...
@Simon > As noted above, the loop-out blinking indicates a problem with the USB communication. If you've tried it with another computer / USB cable, and it doesn't respond properly, you may need to send the unit for servicing. Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region for assistance.
