nevermind, i didnt realize you had to hold the buttons before you touched the power button (was starting to hold them as soon as i had turned power on), updated fine now.

DDJ - SX Level meters wont flash when trying to update firmware
I try to update the firmware by holding the left shift and sync button when turning the power on but the level meters never flash, what do i do?
