cdj2000 usb setup help please

Hi,

I have been using the usb on the top of the decks for memory sticks for a while, then I saw the usb connection around the rear can input music from that source?

I gave it a quick go before but it didn't recognise, is that usb port just for MIDI stuff?

yeah thats right, the rear is for control only

yeah that's what I thought, but is there anyway of sending tracks into the deck using that USB port? - was hoping to do it that way as its a little more hidden from view

The only way would be with a computer and Traktor or Serato or some other music program using the CDJ as a sound card ;)
