[SOLVED] DJM350 with Traktor, sound from only one channel

Hi, I'm using a Mac OS X 10.7.3 and the set of cdj350 with the djm350. I want to use them with Traktor Duo.

I've done everything I've read from Pioneer and Traktor instructions.

Only one channel of the djm350 seems get the sound of both decks. I already downloaded aggregate app, but it´s still not working.

When I go to the traktor preferences Audio Setup, then Audio Device and select cdj350. I´ve tried several options with the outputs as well.

Hope somebody can help ´cause I´ve been trying to use traktor almost for a week ago!

Thanks

@Veronica > Just to be 100% sure you're using the correct CDJ Aggregator, could you please go to this link  HERE, continue to the CDJ-350 Firmware & Drivers page, and download the 'Mac OS Tool'.

Once you've installed it on your computer, ensure both your CDJ's are connected to your Mac directly via USB cables, and power them on. Then open the CDJ-Aggregator tool and please follow the steps outlined in this Instruction Manual I have attached.

Please follow all the steps exactly as instructed.

It will ensure you create an aggregate device, and that you select the same aggregate device you just created when you're in the Traktor Preferences.

Please let me know how it goes and if you have any more questions. :)

Hi Foster, thanks for your answer. I made another quick try last night but I hadn´t read your message yet.

It seemed to work this time but I have to confirm that today. I tried to repeat everything step by step, and this time, it appeared in traktors output routing, only the" aggregate device" option for decks A and B.

As I remember I put it this way:

Output Deck A

L 0: Aggregate Device

R 1: Aggregate Device

Output Deck B

L 2: Aggregate Device

R 3: Aggregate Device

I don´t have the players with me right now, but as far as I remember it worked that way, it was very late so I din´t try every single thing.

I´ll let you know as soon as I´m connected to the 350s again.

Thanks!!
