speaking of freezing, when i load a track thorught proDJ link, and hit the call button right after (almost instantly), the deck will freeze. it rarely happens, and i believe only when i'm calling a loop that set as the first memory cue. i leave auto-cue off as most my tracks have a first cue or loop point set.
The engineers have not been able to reproduce your problem. Are you able to make a video for us? Thanks.

I have had this too, Not able to easily reproduce though or catch on video
Deck in on auto cue
have about 4-5 cues stored in memory
load a an mp3 and hit right arrow to jump to my first saved cue
the deck has just kept blinking as if it is loading the cue but it never loads, I have to reload the track and then it works fine
