I'd update the firmware on the cdj to 4.10. Do all the files give the same error? Have you formatted the stick?

Tracks playing on Recordbox ok but not on CDJ900 via USB
Hi, a new problem has occured with some new tracks I have downloaded into Recordbox, they all play ok on here, I transfer them to my USB device and they dont play on my CDJ900.
E-83-05 error comes up with the note saying "not loaded"
I thought it may have been an error in the MP3s but why does it play ok in Recordbox?

@Paul > Start by updating the firmware on your players to 4.10. Ensure your USB stick is formatted to FAT. Please try these methods and report back. If issues persist, I may get you to send me one of the audio files.

Thanks guys, I have formatted my USB stick and everything works fine, there was a problem transferring files from RB to the stick, all looked ok and even played fine from the device on RB but didnt want to play in the 900s.
All ok now, thank you for your help.

Hi Pioneer, I have the same problems as Paul mentioned above.
My USB is already formatted in FAT. May this have something to do with i-tunes on my Macbook?
Thing is that when I download new tracks from Juno and add these on my USB, plus some other tracks I have put on on another USB in the past, my CDJ900 play the new downloads, but the "older tracks" are being displayed as: not loaded.
If I connect my Macbook directly to the CDJ's and play my tracks from Rekordbox, everything works like it should and every track plays like it supposed to be.
