TEMPO not works, and HOT CUE A bottom flashe's

Hi good morning im   from mexico, and I have a problem with a CDJ 2000, the tempo does not work, and the HOT CUE  A  button flashes

was in 4.10 and to update and still the same

anyone have any advice?

All functions still fine , work fine  but  , i repeat tempo lever does not work

Can reset the CDJ 2000 sistem? 

i mean  staring since the first version   (2.0)

hopefully can you people  helpme  t , this product its very expensive and I do not think I will leave this as repair !  

 I'm from mexico and remind them that the economy here is very short
