Ableton Live is the best option for this. Simply warp the track using Complex mode and then set the master tempo to the desired BPM. Then you just render the track to a new WAV or AIFF file.

Getting around differing tracks BPM
Hi,
We all know that playing tracks that have distinctly different produced tempo's can be problematic on CDJ's or any platform really , is there a way I can take a track purchased from Beatport at say 115 BPM and alter its default BPM to say 124BPM ? I have Logic and Ableton available to me if these can do it in a relatively straight forward way ?
Clearly by alter it before getting to the CDJ would enable me to keep the range down to a minimum.

You can, but why would you want to? chances are a 115bpm track is going to sound awful at 124bpm...

@ Daywalker - If you use Complex mode in Ableton Live then it keeps the original key of the track while adjusting the tempo only. It works very well ,actually. I have taken tracks recorded at 110 BPM and sped them up to 120 and they still sound good.
Now, I don't think you could go from 110 to 140 BPM with the same expectations, but a reasonable range is definitely possible.

I agree with Fuse, within a reasonable range, Ableton is probably the best for warping tracks.
This applies to the CDJ too, once you are pitching up or down within a reasonable range the track won't soon all that different.

But when you take the sped up track down again in BPM it was useless , just list the BPM for each track 1BPM is about 0.8% pitch.
