cdj 2000 nexus problem skipping after 3 hour gig

Testing at home now working fine but i dont know if long run will gonna skip again, im just going to exchange it anyway just to be safe. 

same problem with usb/sd cards...track stops or emergency loop...we need an update;) next problem is, when i play with hotcues and i push them again and again the track stops for 2 seconds and than it plays on...:-/ never hat problems with cdj 2000.

I forgot to mention that mine also it went to emergency loop and i have to turn it off to reset. my skipping problem is like sound muted for 1 and sometime 1/2 second then it play. 

try to reformate your stick or sd, today i play 5 hours without a skip (2 seconds stop), emergency loop or medium error.

I actually format my sd card before i used them, the only problem is the other player, the other one is fine. and even you used the RB link to the player still skipped. anyway im gonna get the replacement tomorrow. 

@djaj and @Timo > Can you tell us some more about your setup? What media are you using? How have you formatted them? Can you replicate the issue with the same track or does it seemingly happen at random? Did the units give you an error code? Where do you get your music from? Are you using Rekordbox?

Im using sandisk 16g SDHC fat32, all of the tracks skipped no error message. all  my music is been analyze by RB,  but im using this setup for about 1& 1/2 years with no problem. 

I used 64GB Corsair Survivor Stealth with HFS+ & try FAT or 32 GBSD oder 320GB WD passport USB-HDD. The problem is random, not same tracks. Tracks are from beatport, itunes and some otherstores and selfmade bootlegs. Yes, all my tracks are analyzed with RB. Never had this problems on old cdj2000. One Time is had an only an media-error. Last Friday 5 tracks stopped for 2 seconds after pressing a hot cue or it stops completly, somtimes it goes in an emergency loop. Yesterday i reformated my 64GB-Stick 2 times and sync it to RB. Than i plays 5 hours with no stop, skip or something.

I played tonight in a club and after 2,5h i had a media error with one track...but that track works fine on an old cdj2000. The displays shows after the error message only loading, loading, loading...the linked player plays fine but i need to restart the "master" player with the 64GB corsair survivor stealth USB-Stick (hfs+ formated) :-/ because i cant do anything with the player...he trys to load but nothing happens. what can i do? after a restart the track with the error works fine...its terrible...i want to play my shows with no risk!!! all tracks works fine on an old cdj2000 and all tracks are synced with rekordbox. what can the problem be?

People must think : are you want very expenssive product with many problems ? have [competitor] new products at my second club no problems at all. think about this. thanks.

emergency Loop ....i have a simular problem after analyze in rb it looks good but after 10 min it jumps in to emergency loop???   i use a recent macbook pro  8 gig ram with a external hd where the music is stored almost 30,000 music files,, can that b the reason??? further i use a router 1gig speed what is connect with the djm 900 nexus what i can see is that i load 1 number in from the cdj 2000 nexus i get the message loading and that stays  for a long time ??
