When i cue up my tracks and export them onto my usb stick the cues are not available on the cdj900 for me to use and play with, am i doing something wrong? also is there anyway for me to see the keys of the tracks on the cdj900 as opposed to seeing the genre or color of the track?

Be sure you're copying the files from your Rekordbox library (the edited tracks), not from your general music library.
Be sure you hit MEMORY on the CDJ and pull up the right cue point using the CALL button.
