Share,Guys, with me,if you do know how to fix this unusual situation???I do appreciate if somebody knows!

  • I did buy two cdj2000 and djm2000 mixer a 17 months ago. The OUTPUT audio on the back of the player stoped distributing audio signal -unexpectivly to the mixer. the player is realy brand new. after the purchase i did connect it>>> never have been disconnected after that. it was working perfect so far. I do use it from time to time. Perfect care -no even dust on it! I realy don't see any real reason for loosing the audio sound signal from the output on back!!!  Please, share with me if you do know why happen that???? Thanx

Have you confirmed definitely that the problem is the output from the player? Which signal are you using (digital or analogue)?

Have you checked that you haven't accidentally bumped the input switch at the top of the channel on the DJM (the one that toggles between CD/Digital, Line/Phono and USB)?

Have you tried switching the channels that the players are plugged into (i.e. switch player 2 to channel 3 and player 3 to channel 2). Just to confirm where the problem lies?

@DJ Steven > Have you tried using different cables / ensuring you are using all the correct inputs / tried different media etc?

If you have, and it is all still to no avail, you will have to contact a service centre - you can find the links on the right >>
