Following this comment, I think the cables should be 'Cat5e', but should they be 'crossover' or 'patch', and is it the same cable for connecting the decks and laptop to a switch?

Loosh

They should be patch cables, NOT crossover. I use Cat6 cables, but Cat5e cables will work fine as well.
Look for cables with molded ends like this
Best price and best quality.

@michelfranck > You can literally choose any "broadband" cable you want - they don't need to be crossover cables! CAT5E or CAT6 cables will work just fine. You can pick these up cheap - you probably even have a few lying around at home.
ok thank you all
@michelfranck > You are welcome. You can pick these up on Amazon or Monoprice.
I ordered this cable type is good

since I change the rj45 cables, I feel that my pc detects the faster LAN connection, maybe my problem will be solved gel reader by the change of cables, what do you think
no change with new cables rj45 always the same problem
my player freezes when I do this feature
@michel > Can you make a video and post it here for us.
it will be difficult for me, I do not have the hardware for it
Digital camera / mobile phone?... Even a webcam if its clear enough.
ok with my Iphone,
sorry can not reproduce the error,
maybe because I made changes on the PC,
I disable power management of the network adapter rj45,
I would re testing soon
Ok, thanks.
@ Gavin
this is amazing, I have no error for now, but I do not cry victory too soon
I have a small question for my network card I uncheck (allow the computer to turn off this device to save power)
there is a possibility that the problem is solved because I deactivated the power management of the network card
and shit, problem unsolved problems of the gel its still there, and I think that in view of developing new products of the problems CDJ 2000 will never be resolved, it's a shame
Sorry, what? I'm guessing that having deactivated the power management function you didn't actually see any benefit so your problem still exists?
