Problem with CDJ 2000 NXS tempo locking

After the most recent update im still having and issue with the nexus locking up and not allowing me to adjust the tempo, no mater if the sync is on or off and there set to master or not. No matter what I cant get the fader to adjust the speed. Sometimes by cycling through different sensitivity ranges ie +-6 +-10 +-16 wide it  will unlock, but this sucks big time cause when it does un lock it generally alters the tempo vastly screwing up your sound big time.

Im using two cdj 2000 nexus with my djm 2000 mk1 and 2 cdj2000 mk1

I'm experiencing the same issue but thought it was by design to prevent you from turning of the master tempo which could result in a tempo noticeable change.

It's by design.  Read the manual, page 31 Canceling synchronization.

So what I just sync up the little frayed out speed with the speed it's stuck at and turn off master and it should be unlocked now? And what if I want a huge tempo change! Why would pioneer put something that limits our control!!!!!

It's for when you have sync on and then turn it off. The bpm slider needs to match the tempo before it takes over. All midi controllers are the same way as well - same idea. Otherwise if you touch it meaning to bump it 0.02% you might change the tempo by 10%
