This is possible when using rekordbox but not possible when using just the CDJ. What sorting capabilities do you need that you can't achieve without this functionality?

Hi there
Not sure if the 'old' Mark 1 will ever get another firmware update, but I have a request
I would like to be able to save a 'History' log as a playlist (internally on the CDJ, not through RB), so that I have sorting capabilities, similar to how we can currently do that with a Tag list.

I do not use a laptop when I dj, just the CDJs with USB sticks.
I would like to be able to save the History as a playlist, which would then allow me playlist functionality, sorting by bpm, or by key. There is no ability to sort a History (since it is essentially a 'locked' playlist, which makes sense), so being able to save it as a playlist would give me full playlist functionality.

I'm not sure if it'd be possible but I'll put it forward as a suggestion to the engineers.

I am no engineer, but it seems it would be almost the exact same as saving a tag list as a playlist. Hit menu, choose list options, choose 'save as playlist'. I know there is more to it than that, but it seems like a simple bit of code to incorporate.
Anyways, thank you for addressing my question!
Here's hoping for MK1 Firmware version 5.0 and Rekordbox Version 3 !!! ;o)
