V 1.13 in/-4beat

I just tried and it worked fine, played a track, held down "IN" for 2 seconds and it created a 4 beat loop

Hi Bri chi, I'm sure I could hold this down
When at beginning of track, when track is stopped
And it created a 1 bar loop,it done this with CDs
To, it works when stopped with the strip,
But not with bottom held down for 2 seconds
When stationary, not a big deal, but just a change
I think

To make a 1 beat loop you can use the touch strip (as you are already aware, but just for other users) or you can press the 4 beat loop button, the press it again to make a 2-beat loop, then press it again to make a 1-beat loop. Pressing the button three times is faster than pressing it down for 2 seconds.

Gavin, what he wants to do (which we cant do) is if you press and hold the "IN" loop button it creates a 4 beat loop on the fly BUT if the deck is at the beginning, paused, you cannot start a track by holding the loop "IN" button, you have to use the loop mode strip and hit "4" from there

I follow now, sorry for the misunderstanding. I'll see if this is possible to implement via a firmware update.
