on air only works when using Pioneers linked system. It will not work with programs like traktor or serato

[SOLVED] "On air" and Traktor
Hello,
Can't find a definitive answer, but no doubt you good folks will answer quickly enough for the thread to be closed off as solved in no time.
I have a DJM 900 nexus and a pair of CDJ2000 nexus. On air red lights on the CDJ's work perfectly, however they don't when hooked up to Traktor in HID.
I take it Traktor = no fancy red lights?

I think this is possible to do but it will have to be implemented by NI in an update for Traktor. In other words, we need to tell NI that we want this.

I'd say it's more Pioneer ALLOWING the feature in the first place - but like I say, given the fact it's a certified mixer, I did actually expect the On Air to work.

Can we officially request of Pioneer to give these features to us Traktor users? I mean, at the end of the day, we did buy a controller for over $2K when we could have bought one at a fraction of the price of the 2000 nxs. It would be a good gesture on Pioneer's part to give this to us as we have remained loyal :)
The 2000nxs is advertised to come out of the box ready for Traktor so I don't really see the problem.
