[SOLVED] CDJ 2000 nexus USB 2.0 vs USB 3.0

Hi everyone.

I have a question regarding the use of USB-stick's with CDJ'S.

I've been trying many types og USB-devices & different SD-cards with both my CDJ 2000's & both og my CDJ 2000 nexus'es. & i know that the stick's & card's with more space, & faster file transferring is not compatible with any of my CDJ's. (Dont show up in recoordbox as well)

Is it possible to get a firmware update that make this possible?  It will make it so much more easy to update the collection faster & have much more music on each device.

Best regards

The majority of USB3 devices will appear within rekordbox and will be recognized by the CDJs. There is no advantage to these devices on the CDJ end, however, as even four 24bit 96khz streams don't get anywhere near the maximum throughput of the USB or ethernet LINK connections. For the devices that are not supported, chances are they will not be in the future; the majority of the market's USB chipsets ARE supported, for those that aren't, it's simply an incompatibility that Pioneer can't necessarily address.
