Error with reading USB on CDJ2000

This is my first post so forgive me if I miss anything out-

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety before posting: Yes

1) Operating System: Windows 7

2) OS Type: 64bit

3) Rekordbox version: 2.2.3

4) Using LINK: Yes

4a) LINK Connection method: LAN Cable

4b) Using with CDJs: Yes, 2 CDJ-2000

5) Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system: 1 x USB Flash Drive

5a) Does the device have multiple partitions: No

5b) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device: No

5c) With what utility did you format the device: Windows

6) Have you scanned your files for errors: Yes

7) Have you scanned your drive for errors: Yes

8) Is Rekordbox crashing at all: No

I'm using 1 USB Stick,  2 CDJ2000s, linked via LAN, latest firmware 4.30 and Rekordbox is updated with the latest version 2.2.3 on Windows 7.

Saturday I added new tracks to my USB from Rekordbox and these played perfectly. Then I came across a few tracks that had the USB Analysis data missing. Then suddenly the track playing suddenly stopped playing and I heard a screaching noise instead. This only happens on the player that is using the Link, not the player with the USB inserted. The error message was-E-8302: PLAYER ERROR (000F). I took a photo to make sure I got this right as I couldn't find this exact error online.

Since then I've removed RekordBox and all associated files from my laptop (inc USB ANALYSIS DATA), I've formatted all 3 of my USB Sticks as recommended by the Pioneer website. Fat32 etc. Re-installed RB, imported and analysed the tracks and then exported to USB stick. Neither of my CDJs would recognise the USB Sticks. I tried the same USB sticks on a friends CDJ2000 Nexus and this worked fine.

Other points worth mentioning-

I have an older USB stick that has files on, this works fine on my CDJs.

When I was in RB I changed the names of some of my tracks, not the file name. RB could not then play these tracks or even load any information. The message was something along the lines off - 'unknown format' although I could find the file in Windows Explorer (from RB) and I could play it from there but not in RB. RB would then not allow me to re-import this track once I'd removed it.

I'm not sure this is a problem with my USB sticks as they all worked and now none of them do. Plus they work on other CDJs.

However, my CDJs do work fine with an older USB that I've not updated recently.

I also tried all of this again using an older version of RB but experienced the same problems.

I just don't know where to pinpoint this problem although I'm thinking it's likely to be something on RB.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.

Thanks :)

Same type of problem ever since I updated to latest version.

The hdd will just crash and I'll have to turn on the deck to restart every thing I get messages like "wait" "loading" or the weird code you just posted. Never had a problem until last update.

I've managed to sort it but I don't know how! Just kept re-formatting the USB sticks and re installing Rekordbox. Not sure how this has worked so my confidence isn't great at the moment. I'll see how it goes, so far so good.
