no wave on the linked cdj2000nxs

I analyzed some tracks and played off of a USB stick. The CDJ with the USB stick on it, displayed the wave but not the linked CDJ. Anyone come across this? I have the latest fw.

Thanks B .....I guess I will have a go at it again this weekend and troubleshoot.

One other question i have is regarding analyzing the tracks....

I do not have any interest in building a RB library so I had music on a thumb drive and just wanted to analyze them and play off of a thumb drive on the CDJ and it seemed complicated in RB. What is the correct method to get this done? And how should the files look on the stick? THX

that could be the issue, I wonder if only RB analyzed files store in a DB would transfer the wave over link

The proper way would be to drag the files into rekordbox, let them analyze and then export them to the flash drive, you can then delete the originals on the drive or copy them off to a backup being when you export it creates a copy of the file on the flash drive so now you have 2 which takes up useless space.
