[SOLVED] Cue malfunction

Hey! I bought the cdj 350s a few months back. They are in perfect condition never leaving their flight cases and recieved any damage. There were no problems what so ever until the last few days when during use, when i select a song the song automatically starts playing without pressing play. the cue button is not lit up when this happens and if pressed has no effect unless i pause the song and then cue it. It just happened in one of the decks randomly and has continued to do it since.

Please help as i play weekly gigs with these!
