SD Card not reading

Hi, been using a pair of cdj2000 mk1 with 32gb sdhc cards for around 2 years now and all has been pretty fine till an issue this afternoon. For some reason the cdj will now not read the sd card, it quickly flashes up 'format sd' then tells me there is no card inserted (despite the led next to the sd card slot being on). Took it out numerous times, power cycled the cdj, no luck. Put the sd back in my pc, recordbox finds it fine and let's me add tracks as normal. Back in the cdj and still nothing. It's the same sd card I have been using for ages, just can't seem to figure why recordbox reads it and not the cdj...

is the sd card cover closed? if yes, could it be the cover that is gone bad? does it do the same thing in other cdjs?

The cover is closed, and both CDJs are not able to read it, plus checked on two others at a venue and they cannot read it either, so definitely an issue with the card as opposed to the CDJ. You can see the CDJ is trying to read the card as the LED next to the SD card slot cover flashes when you close the cover.

I will try formatting it and re-exporting, see if that solves it.

Give it a reformat (do it TWICE) and then try again, it could simply be that the card was corrupted to the point where the CDJ could not read it even though the computer could.
