I recently ran into a problem with the cue to play buttons. When holding down the cue and then pressing play the track ends up pausing as opposed to continuing on with the track. Is this a setting issue? If so what are the proper settings in order to keep the track playing instead of pausing?

After a lot of youtubing it seems that I may have to replace Play button. Like you say it may be registering a double-press. As opposed to replacing it, is there an alternative method of fixing the problem?
Yeah, it's not the cue button itself, but rather the contact below the button. If you're in warranty, you should be able to get that repaired, but if you're out of warranty, it is possible that you could do it yourself if you have technical know-how, but we still recommend you send it to an authorized service shop for repair.
