Is it possible to use the USB function on the aero to pick your tracks from whilst also recording to it at the same time

nope, and i wouldnt count on an update to allow it either. youd be messing with the laws of physics there ;P
at the mo u cant even swap usbs without stopping the music. no prob obviously when u have a wifi device nearby, but would be a bonus to buffer usb tracks.

As far I imagine I did this already. And no issued with that. But as far I understand pioneer dj it's not recommended or supported.
I've played close to 200 hours "live" on the Aero, and I have recorded every set AND my main music-source is the usb-stick.
I have not noticed any problems at all.
