@Al > FAT32 is perfectly fine. Is the issue you are having with formatting the sticks above 2GB?

FollowHow do you use a USB memory stick larger than 2GB on the XDJ Aero?
I recently purchased the above product, with the sole aim of digitising my entire catalogue of Vinyl and CDs to enable me to use only USB memory sticks. I have been battling with the unit as it will not recognise ANY USB STICKS ABOVE 2GB. This is due to the formatting of the stick, It only recognises FAT16 and FAT32 formatting - both very old standards. This means I cannot use all of the 16GB/32GB sticks I've bought especially to perform my cataloging.

I have two problems. First of all, THE 64gb stick I have works fine on a PC/laptop but the Aero wont recognise it. I have tried the HP format Tool to format to FAT32 but still the Aero doesn't see it. I also have a 16GB stick that works fine, again using the HP format tool. It just seems to be the 64GB stick that's the issue.
