[CLOSED] crash loading the hots cues / loops and other small problems XDJ-R1

Hello,

It'll be a week that I have your product and I encountered several problems.

First, the crash XDJ-R1 when I load the hots cues / loops, but not all the time.

In the second point, I have a problem reading some pieces with XDJ-R1 while they work fine on another drive (CDJ850/900/2000) that is either mp3 or wave.

I can not add search tab not kind to rekordbox, finally I can put it on the pc software but I do not see appear on the XDJ-R1 or remotebox.

Before you tell me if I use rekordbox well, and yes, I'm on parametrer XDJ-r1 and yes I pay attention to all musical pieces that I use (size, quality).

I would really like to have an answer and a solution to all these problems that I did not list them all.
