[TICKETED] XDJ Aero - problem with BPM

I'm having trouble with my XDJ Aero when Sync is connected. She simply midway through the set, lower the BPM of two songs without having moved at all. Even moving the pitch can not return to normal, I have to restart the deck. This is a serious defect that needs to be fixed urgently because disables a function that was paid. When I bought the equipment was a major feature of this. I've seen several people complaining of the same problem. What is the solution?

I have Exactly the same problem, even if you set the pitch range at 6% (which is the lowest available ) it still matches the beat even if it is 20% lower!!!

then your unable to cancel it, even if you cancel the sync straight away.

I also have and use the XDJ R-1, if this inadvertently happens on this unit you can cancel it by rocking the pitch control , why can't you do this on the Aero?, also it get's worse the longer you gig for?,

Sometimes, within the first hour, you can cancel it by rocking the pitch control, but if you get caught out after that, you have to reload the song,

this is a major flaw with this unit, and needs a update to avoid any more embarrassment, also Gavin all my song's are in Dynamic mode, is this wrong?? and should I be using normal mode instead?

Yes, you should use normal mode. Got the same problem with drifting BPM on CDJS2000nexus and reanalyzed with normal mode and its good

Re-scanned all my Rekordbox tracks on normal mode, no difference, you still are unable to cancel the bpm lock once the track has started.......

Their response:

Basically, Tempo, when BPM value is displayed, cannot be changed while Sync is on.

1) Disable Sync.

2) Press the tempo range button until wide enough to take over the tempo.

3) Move the tempo slider to change the tempo for takeover.

Other models such as CDJ-2000Nexus and XDJ-R1 have the function the users wanted, which can adjust the tempo just by moving the tempo slider for takeover because they automatically change the tempo range.

However, XDJ-Aero does not have this function.

If the tempo gap between the 2 decks is very large, users cannot change the tempo even though they move the tempo slider on Aero.
