XDJ R1 PRESENTS PROBLEMS AT FX EFFECTS: NOISE AND FILTER

I have a new XDJ R1 (4 months old) with version 1.09. Recently it started to present problem is the color effects NOISE and FILTER. The NOISE effect is not "clean" and stable/continuous but "dirty" and unstable. There are variations and breaks. When moving the button clockwise I have the impression its "escaping" sound. Same for the FILTER. I updated the device to 1.10 and still continues. Thank you for help as this is so demotivating.
