After you have scanned your files, I suggest you format your export drive (do it TWICE, do NOT use the built-in Windows formatting utility if you are on Windows), then re-export your files to the USB and try again.

To cut down one step -- you don't actually need to press the knob to show the menu. Provided you have a song highlighted, pressing the LOAD buttons will send that track to the deck. If the deck is NOT loading the track, it's likely due to an error as I outlined above. Please scan your tracks for errors first.

Hello, I installed the program that pointed me MP3-Scan Repair and noticed some mp3

I formatted the 32GB sticks on Mac with application "Utilities" disks. 2 times.

I exported the songs for pens and went retest.

What I found was that the 45th music loaded loading menu crashes.

I went to the menu and put in Auto Play, the music came to an end and passed to the next song.

Deck B suddenly got the flashing JOG all white LEDs.

Mando attached 2 videos to help realize.

I tested the 45 songs and is always charged and always the same even with different pens (3).

In each of the songs tests were different.

The music files are in m4a

Thank you for your help or I'll have to return the equipment to Musicstore,

I have some urgency because this almost doing the 30 days

@Antonio > The problem is not the RX, but the audio files themselves. The MP3 Scan + Repair is not designed to scan M4A files. Perhaps try using iTunes to convert those M4A's to MP3 and try again.

Testei esta tarde da seguinte maneira:

Deixo que inicialize o equipamento

Introduzo uma ou duas pens

Escolho a pen 1 ou 2

Vou até ao menu e escolho a playlist da pen

Escolho uma pasta que por acaso tem 49 musicas em mp3 e m4A por acaso nesta pasta a 45º musica é mp3 e já foi analisada pelo software Scan-Repair MP3

Á 45ª musica bloqueia!

Se não bloquear que acontece algumas poucas vezes , então posso tocar até me cansar que não bloqueia mais !

Conclusão: Se não bloquear à 45º musica nunca mais bloqueia até que eu volte a desligar e ligar o equipamento.

Não me diga que é das musicas porque a ordem de carregamento nunca foi a mesma, foi até por vezes aleatória por varias pastas e  bloqueava, SEMPRE à 45º

Estou a pensar seriamente em desistir deste equipamento.

Tenho CDJ’s 2000Nexus e DJM 2000 entre outros equipamentos da Pionner e nunca tive problemas

I tested this afternoon as follows:

• Connect equipment to 220Volts

• I let the machine boot

• I introduce one or two pens

• I choose the pen 1 or 2

• I go to the menu and choose the pen playlist

• I choose a folder that happens to have 49 songs in mp3 and m4a by chance this folder to 45 music is mp3 and has been analyzed by Scan-Repair MP3 software

• To the 45th music blocks!

• If you block that happens a few times, so I can play till you drop me that does not block more!

Conclusion: If you do not block the 45 music never blocks until I come to power cycle equipment.

Do not tell me it's the songs because the load order was never the same, it was sometimes even random from several folders and blocking, ALWAYS to 45

I'm seriously thinking about quitting this equipment.

I CDJ's 2000Nexus and DJM 2000 among other equipment from Pioneer and never had any problems

1. I did another test

to load the music 45 for the deck 2 left to access the loading of the songs , but I went to the menu and activated the auto play when the music came to an end 45 the same deck step to the next music ( 46 ) and so on.

When you use the track >>| button to load the next track, no waveform appears.

The problem is with your music, not the RX.

Please try using ONLY GOOD TRACKS that have been checked for errors, format your USB device, TWICE, then re-export the good tracks to your USB drive and test again.

If you can post your export database from your USB device: you should see a PIONEER folder and inside that there is a rekordbox folder. Within that folder you will find the export.pdb file. Please post that and one or two of the problematic audio files so we can investigate further.

What I noticed is when blocks, go to the menu "Utility" and active Auto Play.

Upon reaching the end the music, then starts the following music playlist, that I could not load the menu or the Load button.

I exported to the Pen only a folder with the same music copied 50 times, so I changed the beginning of the name, eg 001, 002 etc.

10 test were made never gave error.

I returned to erase the pen twice.

I exported to pen several folders and the folder of the same 50 songs.

On 5 test was mistake twice.

In the video that you will see that I will send to put in Auto Play the music can not I charge is automatically charged after the other end.
