Pioneer xdj rx questions

Hello,

i have some questions about the xdj RX, in my place i cant test the xdj rx and so i need tot ask some questions.

1: Has the xdj rx a Emergeny Loop like the cdj nexus? if no will it be inplemented?

2: How does the faders feel? i have a djm 850 and i had a djm 250, which of the mixers come more to the feeling? personoly i like the more havy ones from the djm 850.

3: The cue buttons, are they the same size as the cdj nexus? or more like the cdj 350 size?

4: Does the faders have Plock fader caps on them?

5: How good is the auto loop? i have played some time with the cdj 350 and the auto loop when you set 2 players at the same time they go drifting, does this xdj rx have that problem ass wel or is it just as good as the cdj nexus?

6: Sound quality? is it in spec wise more like the djm 250 or like the 850?or even 900?

7: The master tempo how good is it? does it keep the sound just as good as the nexus players? becouse pioneer have improved the MT on the cdj nexus, i had the 2000 mk1.

I have asked this questions with some gear of pioneer becouse i have worked with those players and mixers.

With greetings from holland

@Neils > I'm happy to try and answer as many of these questions as I can for you..

1) Yes! It does have emergency loop. ( See pg. 13 of the manual.)

2) The faders are nice and smooth, more like the 850 than the 250.

3) If I recall, they're slightly smaller than a CDJ-2000, but larger than the CDJ-350.

4) Yes! ( See FAQ #2.)

5) I'd say it's as good as the top-level players.

6) I don't believe it has the same D/A converters as the DJM900 series, but would expect it to be more along the lines of the DJM850 quality of audio.

7) I'm not sure how it compares to the 2000 or 2000nexus, but it is quite good.

same here, i am not purchasing one but my friend manages the big Long Island DJ place (Idjnow) and they have no stock and cannot fill past orders, so pretty much the one place here you can buy from has none and no sign of when they are expected in.

The RX is in high demand and as such, retailers have pretty much sold-out all of their orders and are waiting on shipments. Unfortunately we are unable to provide information on shipping dates or availability at this time, your best bet is to contact a dealer and place a pre-order.
