The press release date was for March, but as it's a global product, there are always some timing differences between regions. For this particular unit, Europe got theirs first and North America started receiving theirs a couple of weeks ago.
As for Canadian release, I know the distributor has received their first batch and it has gone out - your best bet on finding out the timing is to contact your preferred retailer and ask them.
