Unresponsive jogwheel. Can't move or navigate song upon loading. (XDJ-RX)

Happened twice today. Tried both CDJ and Vinyl mode.

@chris > If you haven't already sent it back, the engineers have a couple more questions:

We were not able see in his video when he had the issue which status he saw on the CUE button's LED and Play/Pause button's LED during disabling Vinyl mode.

1. CUE button LED: Flashing, PLAY/PAUSE button LED: Flashing

2. CUE button LED: Lighting, PLAY/PAUSE button LED: Flashing

Also, what kind of jog wheel response issue did he have during enabling Vinyl mode?

Thanks anyhow.

I've removed your post in response to the load-lock / firmware update issue because it simply does not need to be addressed again; the engineers DO UNDERSTAND the importance of this feature but focussed on the priority of ensuring that the unit performs properly. I assure you it will be included in a future update, but also appreciate if you understand that we will not be having a discussion ad-nauseum about how you think it should have been in yesterday's release.

"It simply does not need to be addressed again."

One could argue it needs to be addressed as often as customers think it needs to be addressed until it's fixed to help highlight the importance of the problem (since it should have been implemented at launch, which was almost half a year ago), but hey, that's just my opinion I guess. Continue to censor customer complaints and concerns, since the team is oh so aware of its importance, yet hasn't done shit about it.

What a reactive and responsive team of engineers you guys have over at Pioneer. Keep it up guys.

@chris > As you don't work for Pioneer, I'll trust that you have no knowledge as to the importance of these concerns or the amount of work made to address them. Your attitude about this is unnecessary.

And for the record, the RX was announced January 19th, 2015 - four months ago. 4/12 is 1/3 of a year, not 1/2, and was only delivered to the market in March (Europe) and May (North America). The first request for a load-lock came March 7th, but other issues took priority over a function where you can avoid it by watching what you're doing.
