Here are the steps you'd need to take:
1) Connect the USB to rekordbox, it will ask if you want to create a playlist from the history - say yes.
2) Right-click on that new playlist and export it to a .txt file, save it to your desktop.
3) Open Excel
4) Open the .txt file you just saved, you should be prompted on how Excel should read the data, select "Delimited."
5) The next page will ask you how it's delimited - select "Tab" and you can preview the column breakdown.
6) Finish and import!
