Thanks for your suggestions @Joe.
This is not so much a question but something to think about and talk about. I just watched the Digital DJ Tips video on the XDJ-RX and thought about a few of the things he said about what he wanted to see in a future model. Taking what he said on board, I have come up with a few things that Pioneer could possibly take in to consideration. The reason for me wanting to purchase the XDJ-RX is that it has similar features to a high end CDJ (such as the 2000 nexus) especially when you plan to use USBs anyway, but at a lot cheaper price point. I eventually do want to purchase a pair of CDJ 2000 nexus' (or maybe by then another model) and a mixer so if the XDJ-RX had 4 channels it would be a great substitute for buying another mixer. Just think that you have a pair of CDJ's and an XDJ-RX, so you have four decks and a mixer for the price of two decks and a mixer. It would make the switch to CDJ's and especially four CDJ's a lot easier. This is just personal preference but I think that the cue buttons should be above each channel, especially if there are four channels, even if they are labelled, you can just think i want to listen to the second channel and you press a button under that specific channel. It would also be better if the direction button was a switch like on the CDJ 2000 nexus rather than a button. There could also be a touch strip below the screen with buttons either side of it determining whether it is for deck 1 or 2 and could be used for things such as loops, possibly going into smaller or larger values such as 32 beats. Although you can already loop with the blue buttons underneath each platter you could be using hot cues or the loop slicer at the same time, it also gets you used to the same kind of thing you could be doing on a CDJ 2000 nexus. And one of the most mentioned things that people want the XDJ-RX to have is a touch screen. The previous could be completed without a touch strip but with the touch screen and also a full qwerty keyboard could be used on the screen for track search. These are my thoughts, what are yours?
