[SOLVED] Problem with DJM400 & Traktor Pro 2

Hi, I have 2 CDJ400, a DJM400, and a Macbook pro running Traktor Pro 2.

I am new to digital Djing and the Traktor pro software. I have 2 USB cables running off each CDJ400 to my Macbook pro.

The problem I am having is that only 1 channel on my DJM400 mixer is working, and that same channel controls both deck 1 and 2.

Can someone please tell me how I can get channel 1 to control deck 1 and channel 2 to control deck 2.

I have searched everywhere for solutions but haven't come across any yet.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Alan

MY  FRIEND had SAME PROB  from GOA UV BAR DJ MR-E  as he started playing the track first  then conecting the players to his MAC he only got sound OUT from 1 player but both controllers worKed  .For proper set up to get  both sound out from both the players dont load any cd or usb drive first  start the players first  with pc MODE with usb wires connected press the little selector select the deck eg A,B,C,D   make 1 A     and the 2 one B

set it in tractor dj settings or use the set up wizad in help menu   chose no for external mixer as djm 400 does not have usb but chose the Pionner CDJ 400 in setup wizad .

THAT it you have two cd400 with 2 sound cards  giving seprate sound outs .

HOPE it helps you BY GOA  ANJUNA  FAMOUS Underground PIONEER tech  .

G'day, I've been trying to set up two CDJ 400s and a behringer mixer to traktor on a macbook and I'm struggling with the aggregate device step. I watched a video on youtube showing the MIDI Devices and Audio Devices windows opened separately. When the two cdjs were plugged in, they both appeared in the MIDI Device window as well as the audio device window. Mine, however, do not appear in the MIDI device window as they do in the deejaypulse video. If anyone has any ideas why it would be brilliant if you could shine some light on it.

@johnny > You don't need to MIDI map; the players can be configured from the setup wizard.

@Dave > You would need another soundcard.

@Tom > Did you manage to get it sorted?
