[SOLVED] ddj ergo jog wheel issue with traktor

I'm sure there is an easy fix for this but unfortunately im not sure how to do it!!!

Im using traktor with my ergo but i have jog wheel issues, 

They actually work in the opposite direction!!! I have to jog forward to make the track jog backwards and vice versa, also they platter isn't very responsive and i can't spin backwards or forwards.

Im guessing its just a mapping issue but can anyone let me know what i need to change
