i have recently started using a djm 2000 nxs linked to a mac running traktor pro2....tractor is set to mix externally and all is well as as far as the mixing is concerned i have noticed most of the effects involving timed effects are not exactly tight.....if i sync the mixer via midi clock to traktor will this bring it all into line??? or will it be better to sync traktor to the mixer???

Please let me know if you worked this out as im struggling, my beat slicer sounds like a car wreck as i cant get it to sync with the master , channel or mixer. if i select mixer i can not then exit out of it. its pants!!!
