[CLOSED] Problem with VDJ (Limited Edition) in DDJ-ERGO V console

I 've got a problem with my console... I can't record my mixes. It show's me a weird mesage...

Can someone help me please?

Well... I am going on the "Record" ticket... I press RECORD...

Then, I am writing a name... for example "New mix 2013"

I press OK... And then the window closes... And it shows a message which says "Can't open New mix 2013"

Need a bit more information:

  • what version of VDJ are you using?

  • what is the operating system?

  • what is the location you are trying to save the mix to?
